"The Art of American Storytelling" was perfected during the 1900's -1950's by the early Illustrators like N.C. Wyeth, Maxfield Parrish, Norman Rockwell, Joseph Leyendecker, and others. Many of these wonderful painters have inspired me to tell within my paintings a narrative of history, emotion, American Life, and project a sense of place, a unique moment of time. I am hopeful to put the observer within the painting and evoke memories taking them on a voyage of self enlightenment and discovery. Born and raised in Utah my Art reflects a love for its culture, landscape, history, and people.
